PLANNED RESIDENTIAL
By analyzing space, lighting, color, and texture, Blackbird Interiors provides an organic design concept. By using photos, floor plans and samples – with designer and client working as a team – the initial design concept is refined and developed into a working Master Plan.
RETAIL SHOWROOM
Blackbird Interiors features a design showroom offering a wide variety of home furnishings and services geared to both the interior design trade and the retail customer. Located in Solana Beach, California, we are available to assist with design layout and selection – to guide you through your design needs.

Kathy Blackbird - Principle
Kathy’s design can be characterized as earthy and organic. Key words that describe Kathy in her work? Passionate. Committed. Innovative. Classy. Her philosophy is to create a nurturing space where people feel they want to be and where they belong – A space where they can rejuvenate.
